Love can be simple but at the same time, complicated

It can mean so many things and much more

Love is Hope

Something that will keep you steady, but can also live without it

If you hold tight because you think if you let go, you will be lost

That you will be blamed for being so "weak"

That is not love, that is Control

Love is Cozy

Something that will warm you with its flame, but it should not burn

If the fire proves too hot, do not pity yourself for not wanting to be wounded

Love is Hazy

Something beautiful yet never clear, but dangerous

Do not think yourself at fault for wanting to walk away

Or turn on the high beams

Love is Jest

It is laughing with each other with no worries,

But it will never be laughing at one another

If your "loved" one finds you to be a clown, a laughing stock

Then that is not love, you should never be a Joke

A mere Punch Line in their story

Love is not to Jeer

For this is mean in spirit, therefore mean at Heart

And your heart does not deserve to be shattered for the sake of comedy
