"Love is Freedom"
See I love you is a phrase that causes the heart and mind to clash,
Infatuation is what disappears if physical satisfaction doesn't last.
See me loving you is more than a stolen kiss,
Loving you is more like the joy we felt as innocent kids.
Maybe the world has become blinded by materialistic things,
We've learned to long for the perfect things we see in magazines.
We forget that love is like the first time our parents let us go on our bikes,
Love is like the air beneathe a birds wings when it takes flight.
We try to control love and make it fit into this mold,
Forgetting that love has to grow and thrive all on its own.
Love is not caged in, I hope one day you'll see,
Love has always been about being absolutely free.
Real love is about letting go,
If they can find someone better then let it be so.
See my dear Love could never last in chains,
If you keep it locked up you can eventually go insane.
So what would happen to the love inside of you,
If the person you loved was selfish on another altitude.
Trust me, Love is freedom mixed with a small amount of pain.
Love is the sunshine that will always interrupt the rain.
So if you don't know if its love here's what you do,
Set it free and it will always come back to you.
