The Love I Can't Live Without

The one thing I can’t live without?

There are many thing I would hate to lose,

But there are very few things I can’t live without.

Like the smile that holds my happiness,

Or the ocean in his eyes that stare into mine.

The laugh that can calm my nerves

When the stress becomes too much to handle.

Or the security in his arms

When I need him the most.

I’m sure there will be times when I forget

Why he is the thing I can’t live without,

But even on our worst day

I will always remember why I need him to stay.
