Love Isn't Always There

Walking towards you like i’ve never had

Waiting for you to take my hand.

If you looked in his eyes,

You would see the sadness inside.

The guilt he felt, the regrets he had since then.

The things he would do to love again

To take me back and love me like he never has

just like when i was his kid.

You never seemed to care at all,

but that wasn’t the first.

You never taught me things,

but why waste the time you need.

But then why would i care?

Shortly after i blinked your way

You seem to fade away.

Guess it was the best for us

Wasn't really hard to lose that trust
