Love at its own risk
Can you hear that? Its god calling my name.. while you kept me going insane.
Our high school love might go down the drain.. as i follow the reasons to remain.
i love you with all my heart but what risk will i take just to trace our love? i keep
you in my thoughts from up above. You make me feel like im on a drug... love me
until i pass out and pick me up off the ground as if i were trout.. left for dead as you
said that "love is worth it". Make me believe that you can achieve the brokenness of
my heart.. make me see myself break apart in the best ways as im lying on the ground
trying not to make a sound because the pain i wanted was more than a frown.. i love you
but what you dont know is that Ive drowned my love deep dark somewhere far.. I forgot
that night that i made your name into a scar, who would have known that when I said
that ide get your name tatooed i did it with my own risk and that same day you called me
a bitch.
