Love Lost

I am lost without you
I go through the motions
But I am empty
I turn to you,
for those special words
that are now gone,
to see your face
But its gone,
keep looking,
memories slowly fading,
out of fear I close my eyes to retrace the moments I held dear.
But what's the point, so I surrender

My world ever changing forcing me to move on,

my heart pulled by the truth of reality and what it wished to be true

It was once true but things are ever changing,

people change their heart they change their mind

I yearn for constant, never leaving all encompassing love.

Love that choses me over leaving and choses me over the fear of failure.

Where is that person whose heart is for me, yearns to be close to me

and creates an everlasting love that conquers the fear of what ifs,

conquers the limitless easier convinces that society sustains

Where? Where are you?

Please come find me...

I'm impatiently waiting for our hearts to collide interlocking with trust,

everlasting loyalty, and a passion never to be quenched by life's trials
