The Love That Never Went Away

Your piercing blue eyes Shocked right through my heart Your kind words of wisdom Gave me a start To turn stones into diamonds To reach for the stars To carry on with life And battle through the scars I wish you were still here To see al that I've done If you could still speak to me I know you'd respond, "Great job, little one." But I will never forget your Dreams, ambitions and goals I remember your smile And I cherish your soul The white angels may be your new family But you will always be mine.

A college education is very important to me, and receiving my bachelor's degree is my number one priority.
