Love is Pain

you used to call me beautiful

you used to say that you loved me

i really believed you....

and eventually i learned to love you too

you were my first love

and i treated you like it

i gave you everything i ever could

we'd talk every minute of everyday

we'd stay up until three in the morning laughing

just wanting to hear eachother's voices

at least that is what i thought because here i am

it's 3 a.m. and my eyes are full of tears

everybody said that time would heal the heartbreak, but it doesn't seem to leave me

it's been a month since you've spoken to me

you left with no explanation

i don't know what to do anymore

sometimes i think i'm getting better

but when it's dark and when i'm alone i always seem to think of you

maybe...

maybe i'm just getting used to th pain

maybe you'll never go away
