Love Perfected

Love has so many meanings beyond the wildest dreams of the most imaginative dreamers

So very powerful, yet so weak when spoken from the mouths of the unfamiliar

We are bound by an emotion that that can be an endless gala or our spiraling downfall it seems

We are bound by a presented image of beauty and the most sacred kept secret of human-kind

This beautiful tale brought to true life as two souls are cradled in the stillest moment

Yet deceit and disillusionment mimic the most divine notion we all share

We are betrayed by what we believed as pure and what the past holds in our memories

The sound of the most treasured word fades when accompanied by fear and uncertainty

The absence of what is bad only lessens the value of what is good

If what is bad cannot be heard, the good has no opposing side, no victory

Although love may be translated in a foreign tone from our own, love is perfected just the same

Without the love we perceive as an invaluable concept, our hearts would be lost in nothingness

To find love perfected means an endless journey with no end ever near

Perhaps this is not what we seek, for the unknown can bring us comfort

For love to be perfected, there can be no unknown

Only two hearts captured in the same moment

Love Perfected
