A love poem

You are like the sky,

Infinitely beautiful

In all your forms

Whether in gray sweats, sunshine smiles,

Red sunset dresses, brilliant blue sunrise wide eyes,

or a dark queit coat

You retain all the perfection of each form

You are like the sky,

Immensely capacious

Stretching from each horizon

Music like a breeze, sports like kites,

Science like airplanes, clouds like thought,

Books like birds, nature like stars,

You are curious and open minded to everything that appears to you

You are like the sky,

Wonderously powerful

Uncontrollable and tenacious

Determined like a lighting strike, presistent as rain,

Strong like hurricane winds, undeniable like snow fall,

Tough as hale,

You are a force of nature,

and a wild one at that.

This poem I imagined being writen for me, but since I knew what I wanted it to be already, I knew no one could write it to me, but me. So I did.
