For the Love of Poetry

Poetry

My love runs deep for you,
Deep like the river bend.
I've traveled high and I've traveled low
And somehow found you, my friend.

You keep my eyes open wide
Open for life, you see?
You give bundles of full of faith
Enough faith for an eternity.

You put insecurities to rest.
You put my worries to sleep.
My sorrows cradled like a baby.
Nestled deep within me.

You worry who's loving you, but are you loving yourself?
Are you looking into your soul which is golden with wealth?

Please give me a chance for me to show you my love.
I love that the heart is the first thing that you hug.

But come with me, please.
You know who I am.
Your caretaker, your move maker, your world, your end.
