Short Love Story ©Shepherd T Parafin ®Bullet the poet✍️✍️✍️ "PoetBullet short stories" ️📝📝📝   Love Regret  💔 In a city, lived a boy who loved another beautiful girl called Lucia who he grew with, when they were still kids.They played together,walked together and helped each other in times of need. As they grow, at the age of 16 a boy started developing feelings torwards the girl he couldn't tell her as he was still afraid and had never loved anyone before. At the age of 18 he wrote her a letter expressing his feelings and to his surprise it returned but not replyed.The boy didn't know what to do at that time he waited untill 1 day she came and agreed to his proposal. Years passed with the 2 of them loving each other in a way that was never seen before.It came a time when they were about to go to university,they promised each other not to cheat and they trusted each other. A boy went to school and kept his promise but a girl tried and tried to keep hold until she started to meet some rich youngsters who she started to see as more valuable than his boy.She turned away at her promise and started a new life while the boy was stardying and working hard. She lost focus and thought that she had found everything, to her it was heaven on earth .A day came when they were given a short break ,after 2 years of not seeing his girlfriend ,the boy started to wonder why her girl never replied his messages.He decided to visit her home and when he got there he was surprised to here that her girl did not came for a short break,he couldn't get the sense.As a well educated man he tracked her girl and went to her location, he called her from outside the door and just as she answered he told her to come outside. She crossed the road with her hands in her pocket and stood in front of him.The boy started crying seeing her girl's new behavior he already knew it that she was no longer her's. He asked her why, the girl replied telling him that it's over and because he was poor was the reason she left him. She turned and started to run torwards her rich man's mansion the boy was left speechless he started running after her and just as he was about to look for coming cars it was too late he was knocked off with a car.The girl turned back and looked at him saying "rest in peace Lazarus".The boy was carried to the hospital and survived on a coma for 6 months,the girl had forgotten him and never asked how it went,she started enjoying her life.The boy was living with his grandmother when his parents heard it that he was badly damaged they flied back home and took him out of the rural areas to their expensive house located in the country center. He was now getting well but he had lost his memories so he was now starting a new life.Instead of going back to school his father admitted that he was now old enough to continue running his business so he left his son in charge and to his surprise he managed to take the business to a higher level that wasn't even expected buy the founder himself.As the boss he started employing many people and appointed a powerful manager who started taking control of the business.One day he left the country for a holiday with his family they were happy that they had to spend 5 years the manager was doing great in running the business, he had employed 500 people in those 5 years and made also a profit of $500 000 000. Now it came a time that the boy was now about to marry, he had already fallen in love with another kindly hearted girl the days they arrived in the country.He married the girl because his family had liked her the way he wanted, they organized for a wedding that was going to be held back home.The manager of his company informed his workers about the boss's wedding and they all got prepared for it. The day came and he took his girlfriend,her wife to be and they went to meet the congregation.After a long way they landed,the girl went with her parents to get dressed as they were all waited buy the world. This man had managed to make his business fly and was the first man to do that without a wife.His success was spread everywhere in all corners around the world and that was why a lot of people attended his wedding. They got prepared and took off.They entered the room and as they all saw the young successor in his expensive gold suit they all stood up.Lucia was their in the hall,she was employed buy the manager when he took 500 people in the past 5 years.She had been hearing about the boss and his success and hardwork she couldn't wait to see his arrival.Lucia stood still with her body trembling she felt defeated, his boy had dumped her long back when they entered the city.The groom's guards ran to her as she fell on the ground,,,,, knowing that the groom had lost his memory trying to run after her, she stressed herself and lost her mind trying to understand.   Moral:Just like a wheel, in life what goes around comes around.It does not hurt breaking someone's heart until your's is broken turning upside down.
