Love Surely Dies
What is love?
Is it a lie?
Should you truly care,
Or simply let it die?
What is love?
You may ask-
Is it a pleasure,
Or a complicated task?
The answer is yes,
The answer is no,
If you don't want to know,
Then maybe you should go.
Love Is deep,
Love is kind,
Love is endless,
When they are always on your mind.
Hold them hard,
Hold them tight.
If it feels completely right,
Don't hesitate to fight.
Lead not with your words,
Open up your ears.
Listen with your heart,
Tell them all your fears.
Don't let your eyes wander,
Don't let your heart lust.
Feel for another,
Absent will be their trust.
Love is costly,
Don't ever think it cheap,
Broken hearted is thee,
When one decides to cheat.
So listen well,
Listen wise,
Your heart is not to lend,
Give it for forever, or love surely dies.
