Love What's not There

Love is a word often inadequately defined Many live believing they Love But in all truth, only the Creator knows Love But what does It mean to me, to you? To me It means Blind and Unexplained Addiction It means Acting based on No Knowledge, but Instinct To me, It's always Around Me because I always Crave It and You It means I'm always Thinking who you Will Be to me One day One day, I will meet You, But I ask myself, what do You think Love is? Love to You is probably materialistic and cheap It's the sort of love that results from conflict, The sort of love that will never survive because it only feeds your selfish lust, This lust, full of greed and selfishness that just isn't love, But one day, One day I will Soar above darkness I will Seize what Is Not There I will Cling to this Unknown and Unexplained Life I will make It Mine, And I will Love I won't love like you have loved, But I will Love like He has taught me to Love
