Love Writes for Me.

Love Writes for Me What they said is, “You’re not right.” So I write. Pain writes for me. Sorrow, sadness and depression They have all taught me one good lesson: Be strong, move on. Make it right. Put up a fight. Pain writes for me. I write to see, Like a bird in a tree To fly free. The words, my glasses. The page, my way. Blurred vision of what they say. I write to see. Fear writes for me. Alone again I’ll never be, While she is there waiting for me. She waits, does not hate. Never leave, my love. Fear writes for me. I write to feel. Love and pain, they’re both so real. Go hand-in-hand, hanging by a strand. Feeling is what she brought, not caught. I write to feel. Thought writes for me. Silly pictures in my head. Elephants and penguins, now off to bed. Thoughts flow at night. No words spoken, none in sight Thoughts write for me. I write to dream. To see my stories, all my glories No judgment, hate or criticism Allowed to view it through a prism If scared, I wake for my own sake. I write to dream. Love writes for me. Red, pink and white hearts that is where it all starts “Love you.” “You too.” The rest of time, with you, I do. Love writes for me. I write for love. Like a fire, it grows higher. Always stronger, unhappiness no longer My feelings, the match. My actions, the flame. It may never be the same. I write for love.
