Love You, Goodbye
Because I love you,
You have taught me what life is about
And there are things you have done to me
That caused me so much Pain.
Because I love you,
You told the one person that I had
To get rid of me and she said no.
Walked away like a coward because you didn't wanna
Accept your Responsiblities.
Because I love you,
You refuse to give a dime
And you act as if you aint got the time
To give a damn about your Daughter
Because I love you,
You put the blame on her for
When I don't call you
But I shouldn't I have to beg because
I know you ain't True.
Because I love you,
Your abscence is less
That I get to finesse
And rid all distress
Of You.
Because I love you,
I am writing this poem today
To show my disseray
For my deadbeat Padre.
