Love yourself

You can't define it

you can only find it.

Love is not only something you have for your significant other 

but it is also something you can have for your mother.

Starting with trust its hard to come by

only with someone you know will not lie.

You tell them everything, knowing they wont tell

only with your feelings you're going to sell.

You want them to hear you whenever they can

you want them to hold you up when you can't stand. 

But with trust, there comes greater things

you can't disobey or pull their strings.

Respecting one another plays a big part

to do that you have to have an open mind and heart.

It can always start off badly

but by smoothing the edges with compromise, you can end up happy.

The truth is ou can never really know what is good for your health

all you can do is start by loving yourself.
