Loved Ones Stolen

when I was very young the life of my mother stole

in my young heart this left a hole

in to depression I fell

all it was is an endless well

Later I found love

the next thing I knew my heart was flying like a dove

he helped me when I was down

he gave me a smile when I had a frown

I loved him so

I missed him when I was adopted and had to go
