the loveliest song

the world is full of sound

deafeaning noise surrounding

alone i hear it, all of it

it never reaches into me like music

certain harmonies and decided notes

strung together to lessen the loneliness

as if made for me it lifts the darkness

inspired, full of passion

a simple press of a button

i am dancing again
