Lovely

Isn't it lovely
how they dry up so fast
you've been badly wounded
but now it's all in your past
they dry and get hard and you get stronger
now you can afford to risk being happy
because you know this time it will last more longer

Isn't it lovely
how after a while they disappear
and after a while you realize
you're no longer controlled by fear
