The lovely father
.....ππ THE LOVELY FATHERππ......
He was the king, the Hercules of his time,
The great warrior, the strongest brawny,
Used to push the bullock by the horns,
Putting the heavy logs on his shoulders,
Like the Greek Kritos, the god of power.
Day long Grazing his herd alone in the field,
Jocund and happy, mighty and firm.
Winter never hindered his daylong toil,
Shivering cold never fade his morale,
Leaving at down, returning at dusk,
Was his devotion and divine worship.
Had in mind, "i have a child at home"
Exhausted, still huging and kissing you.
Do you remember him, do you remember?
Now, has grown old, weary and weak,
Has lost his sight, teeth and tongue,
Helpless as a toddler, wan and feeble,
Sans that beauty, sans that power,
He needs you now, you need him then,
His life is debt to you , pay it, pay now!
