Lovely help meet

Is it good to stay strong if the one you're strong against is inside you?

It is not good that the man should be alone; and so was made for him a help meet,

the woman that should hold his hand through life

Is it possible that the way I look at you is not the way I should?

I thought that perhaps, I was the precious help meet, the one to love you

The one to hold your hand through life

But maybe I'm just not

I am young and you are beautiful

The magnitude of our connection is not as substantial as I had thought

You were so great to me

Your place, however, is not in my heart

I want to let my heart bleed out so I won't have to feel it missing you

Imagine, you sidle up the moment the last drop splats on the pavement

A little too little, a little to late

I am not your Eve, though I think I'd like to be

I have loved you

The times are just not kind to those who give their all to strangers

I'm going to say good bye to the feeling of you now

Even though it kills me

It is not good that the man should be alone; and so was made for him a help meet

The woman that should hold his hand through life

You will find someone new,

Someone real

She won't be afraid, like me

Hold her closer than an enemy or she'll slip away like a dream

Dream a little dream of me

as my heart bleeds out

No one comes to stop it

I don't miss you anymore

I don't feel a thing
