A Lover's Pain

Laying there in a darkroom, music blaring but I hear nothing.

My silence has become deafening.

So I turn it up louder as I open my mouth to scream.."Aah"
Nothing...

I rub my stomach while I stare in the mirror, You did this to me.

I want to crawl next to your body and beat you senseless, but my child will not be Fatherless.

My baby kicks
I flinch in pain
Such a BEAUTIFUIL thing taken in vain.

I stare at you and admire your tattoos,
Your beauty is painful yet satisfying

I wish to understand what attracted us.

Maybe it was your dark eyes and almost Blonde hair.

Damn you're BEAUTIFUL, even with your BLEMISHES.

See this is why I refuse to hurt you.

Then again...your 2 hours of pain and sweet pleasure is causing me 9 months of pain.

Sometinh to BEAUTIFUL taken in VAIN

Something so SMALL doesn't know WHAT'S GOING ON

My PAIN
INTERNALLY
EXTERNALLY, can drown any sane person.

But with me its POSIONOUS, yet
I never SUCCUMB

The baby kicks I wonder does it want you to REACH OUT and touch it.

Yet, I REFUSE to let you and once this child is BORN, never shall you touch me again.

NEVER shall you bring me anymore PAIN

Such a BEAUTIFUL thing taken in VAIN
