A Lover's Quarrel

It's better to have loved and lost but more common to never have loved at all

The true quarrel is the inner struggle of the lover who never knew love

To search for love with never a result to go in and out of relationships gaining nothing

Whether it was official or not the love bug bit you and hurt

Never cuffed but bound to the repetitive cycle falling for the wrong one who seems to only be in a rush to deny you

The adults used to say that it's puppy love you don't know what real love is but underminding the situations severity never made it hurt any less

As far as it goes love I'm not impressed dealing with it lands me in unfortunate spans of depression

Searching for a girl who can break me out of  this routine without cheating leaving abusing or using to look but not find someone worth committing time then to act as if I'm fine is not right

It is what it is because love spurs hatred so at the end of things love I hate it

That's why I'm not good at it and it's never been good for me so I give up on trying for what shall never work never satisfied but finally used to the hurt.
