The Lovers' Untold Tale

In this calm serenity, just you and me,

We mark the stars with our hopes and dreams.

Skipping through life on countless whims,

Wanting nothing more than our sins.

We wondered hopelessly with the world under our feet,

The diamond sky above our heads, against nothing to compete.

Upon the rigid rock,

Our life begins to drop.

Clasping each other’s feeble hands,

Forced to meet Death’s grim plans.

A grin across your face,

A tale that goes to waste.

With desires to start our story again,

Goodbyes are always for the end.
