Lover's Weather Report

Lover's Weather Report

The effects of my clearly broken heart would be a weatherman's big break
Falling in love the way a tsunami hits a costal city,
I was fast and dangerous
Cleaning up the remains of past disasters while simultameously picking up these new remains,
the thundering winds of affection just knock me down
over and over again till I lay deaf from its words
Meanwhile, there you were,
vacationing in your blissful paradise of overwhelming self confidence
Sweetie...
What gave you the power to be at peace while tidal waves crashed against my insides?
Is it a god?
Magic?
A higher mystical power?
Please tell me before my own introverted tornado twists me up even more
