Love's address.

As i go through each day..

Finding myself closer to a mature age..

Ready to turn the page..

I realize i want love.

That feeling people claim comes from above...

And some say..

Go look for it…that's the message they relay..

But can never tell me…

Where love happens to stay.

What’s love’s address?

Is it down the block?

Behind a lock?

At the store?

At earth’s core?

In the air?

On the stair?

In the skies?

In her eyes?

Never got an answer.

So i did my own search..

My emotions a search party...

And we had no luck..

I Could say... i lost some along the way..

And then others came to me to say..

Love comes to you…

i still don't know if that's true...

And that led me to question what to do….

And how to pass through each coming day..

If love doesn't happen to know where i stay.
