Love's Complexity

Love is so complex

In the way it functions

Believing, not believing

Making your own assumptions.

Takes a toll on your heart

As crazy as it sounds,

Breaking moral piece by piece

In search of common ground.

There are days so much brighter

Brighter than the sun,

Which warm up the soul

Recognizing they’re the ‘one’

Then you have the storm

Darker than the night

Causing troubles in the day

And useless ending fights

2 hearts, 1 love…

Growing in affection

1 life, 2 doves

Flying in the same direction.

The essence of connection,

Not only of the mind

But the feeling of perfection

In the flaws you always find…
