Love's desire

What is a love that is not yours to hold

To stand from a far while I just admire

Such is a beauty that I can behold

In love I am hiding all the desire

Wishing I could know more of such love

For I will never know that of loves grace

Such love compared to that of a white dove

So kind, sweet, pure, and great is that loves’ face

Who would have thought one thing such as a kiss

Could stop curiosity in its track

Love so strong and close you can hear its hiss

I am relieved to get this off my back

With someone else; hoping its meant to be

I wish it be her yet no one can see
