Love's Voice
by Michaelw1two
In quiet repose,
love’s constant seeks intended themes;
hope grows,
while heart’s unopened power blooms;
thought lurks,
beneath this lone moments curious schemes;
wants lust concealed,
awaits one’s furtive moves.
Those thoughts,
whose purity pertains to life pre-birth;
feeling’s worth,
one’s primitive freedoms gained;
passion’s,
incorporeal traditions once ordained;
feed certain known,
on which each life sustains.
Upon this mind’s portal stood,
life’s true onset proud;
unrobed,
of love’s apotheosis soul;
enchanted of thought’s serene,
amidst livings home;
descend, of mind’s contend,
on truth’s demesne.
Lastingly, shines visions spend,
soul’s vast rapture soothed;
lip’s purse moist touch,
hearts kiss, wooed passion laid;
moan’s murmurs slow,
lust understood, is time’s divine;
thoughts, proved silent jewels,
quiet’s caress, breeds love.
In mind’s rhythm tones,
life’s choice, food for only one;
it’s taste,
of sweetest divinity iced;
enraptured, my soul is bound,
in life, I am filled;
completely,
by my place within your love.
