Loving From Afar
They say that we can be lovers, but not just friends.
I have another woman, you have another man,
but if they were to read what's in our hearts they would disagree with the plan.
For we can have a conversation without saying anything at all,
you have been the strength for me and picked me up after each time I fall.
You know that I would do the same for you.
I hate to see all the pain that he has put you through.
We know that we can never really be, because of the life pending with me.
I just hope and understand that just because he is the body next to you.
Baby I am still your man..
