Loving me

Today

I don't want to write about you

Or you loving her

And not picking me

I don't want to think

That I'm lonely

Or unloved

And I don't want to write about how I fell in love with you

So softly

And beautifully

Or call it a tragedy

I just want to think about myself

And giving me the love I deserve

Because maybe if I focus on my own heart

And maybe if I start to love myself and all of my flaws

Someone will actually start to love me too
