Loving You
Because I love you is so misunderstood
People hardly love you the way they should
Taking advantage and causing harm
Do you see it? Does it raise alarm?
Love is complicated and sometimes hard to understand
But that's okay, take my hand
Love is not material things or possessions
But instead faithfulness and confessions
Of adoration and loving words
Not a tongue used like a sword
So come together one another
Mother, father, sister, brother
Can we make amends to show what's right?
And face the true meaning of love both day and night!
