Lucid Dreaming

Falling asleep is an adventure in its self With your eyes wide shut You can slip into a world of infinite possibilities I could be sitting here with you Making up stories of our future adventures In the galaxies beneath our fingertips As you trace the stars between my rib cage With your eyes closed We are in a secret garden in your mind The walls surrounding us are centuries high Ivy laces up each stone as intricate as that single snowflake Each time we reach for that next leaf The darkness surrounds our laces And pulls us back Forever in the secret garden of your mind
