Lukewarm: Really? Excuses?

2 Corinthians 12:9 New English Translation (NET Bible)
9 But he said to me, “My grace is enough for you, for my power is made perfect
in weakness.”
So then, I will boast most gladly about my weaknesses so that the power of Christ
may reside in me.

Lukewarm: Really? Excuses?

It seems so unusual the gift of assurance
Without it seems I am just like the rest
It is almost fictional to live without endurance
Is that why most birdies stay within their nest?

Dreaming about the probable in search of futility
Breaking all the records in this race of procrastination
Reaching for the possible in self-chosen utilities
So I can afford the price of my chosen destination

Where does it end if there is no beginning?
Who will feed the flock if one can’t find the sheep?
Who is Heaven sent if all one does is spinning
And always runs amok as all Heaven weeps

A tear wets my cheek – my nose seems sniffy
We all join the party without serving one another
Depending on the weather, to have an excuse to be “iffy. “
As we departed without a feeling of hope cause, we didn’t bother
