Lullaby

Like soft wisps of cloud, whipped cream folded in batter, dreams delicately baking while making a favorite memory savored, somewhere in my mind I find a lullaby that, by and by, I will sing to you, wring it from the corners, torn like bits and pieces from the sky that I put back together again. Forever sin, hot and dripping, age sipping on me like a favorite cocktail, lips that sing the sting of a sigh, remembered. My lullaby.
