Luscious Lies
Open wide say: “ah” to a heap full
tablespoon of sugarcoated bullshit.
With many so eager to try for the spot
they lurk around to stir the shit pot
and lick the spoon of why not!
It’s funny how a tool
can actually drool
at the idea of making a fool
out of people he uses as a pool.
Who knew liars can come off so cool?
Lies come from lips both plain
and adorned bringing pain
that will remain
long after one man’s gain.
Leaving another victim to disdain!
People prefer those who lie
over those who don’t try.
See those who lie
never get to cry
But those who never try
are always left like fry.
Some people only have lies
to present themselves
whether in half truths,
silence, or personal spice
All are perversions of truths.
Lies are born on lips
Undoing all the goodness
Some do via sugar and spice
Called for by malicious hearts
Iterated by self centered souls
Omniscient of another’s bounty
Unattended by its unsuspecting victims
Shattered by illusions spun in dark minds.
