Lying To Forget

This lie has became a BIG part of me For days, I have lived this game Acting like it doesn't hurt every time I hear his name Ignoring what is inside of me Pretending I have moved on Thinking the feelings for him are somewhat gone Spending every day with laughs and happiness Forgetting all the memories of me and him Avoiding the pictures But the day I saw him, seeing the emotion in his eyes My heart stopped I couldn't find my breath As the tears rolled down my face It suddenly hit me After all the lying and forgetting I just couldn't let him GO.
