A Lying Heart

Dishonest & Untrue. Breaking hearts is what you do. The right guy is so far & few. Commitments is not something they knew. Who is me? A transparency & essence you can see. Feel & touch me you will see I am real. My voice chooses words. None of which you really ever heard. Our time for you of us together is blurred. When your drunk your speech is slurred. Flashbacks & nightmares. Sex with people that don't truly care. A devotion with pure emotion of promise is unfamiliar. Cheater's mistakes are so similar. My eyes see who you really wish to be. To be okay, if you sleep over & stay. Yesterday, tomorrow, & after this day. My ears hear, the truth has no fear. Food for the hunger. What is for dinner? I really wonder. © Harmony Sapphire .
