Lynn

Was he another toy for play

Someone new to wreck each day

Just another heart for you to skewer

But if your life goes on like this

You might see that the plot will twist

The men you fool around with will be fewer

And as he sits with mind outstretched

And heart destroyed, your falsehoods etched

Upon his soul till only God knows when

You’ve only done yourself a wrong

By letting his love grow so strong

While thinking just of making love again
