Mackinac Island Summers

The waves are rushing,

as the parents are hushing.

Mackinac Island is exciting and fun,

especially with that summer sun.

The people of the mainland rush of the boat,

trying to end their weekend on a good note.

The day may end,

but their moods will never bend.
