Magic

Far away is a castle Where fantasy comes alive Walls encompass a greater reality Where believing is seeing. A place of sparks, flames and mystery Love, friendship, togetherness A place of friends and good time tales Disbelief, amazement Terror like no other. A place where anything can fly Objects zoom, swish, disappear Figures distort and then transform Flash, vanish, reappear. Every corner holds a secret The grounds have a history Every room tells a story For those willing to listen. Brilliant minds have graced the halls Bravery, loyalty, Ambition, intelligence Forever will be prevalent. For only those who believe Can this world come alive. This world That words can’t sum up. As the train pulls in’ As I close my book’ I think to myself, This must be how it feels To have a home.
