Make the Earth Smile

Every time someone

Turns on the ignition,

The earth frowns.

Every time a machine

Puffs a little more smoke,

The earth coughs.

Every time someone

Picks up a piece of garbage,

The earth smiles;

Feeling a bit better.

You could walk to school

Instead of drive.

Create a machine

Smoke free.

Just think

Of how much better

We could make the world feel

If everyone helped

Make the earth smile.
