Make Him Proud

There is one thing I can't live without,
it is a gift from my mother.
Though it's not an object or materialist,
he's my favorite person; my little brother.

He has my heart and is my best friend,
no one else in the world can compare.
Every thing about him is absolutely perfect,
from his laugh to his curly brown hair.

I couldn't live my life without him,
and there's no good reason why.
All I know is I love him dearly,
and without him my soul would die.

I'm sure there's many who want this scholarship,
add them up and it's a huge crowd.
But at the end of the day I truly need it,
'cuz I just want to make my little brother proud.
