Make Sure We Are Learning

Good morning Mr. Evans,

Aren't you glad I came to class... Not on time, and without a pass?

Aren't you glad we don't wanna be here, that's why I take a seat towards the rear

Oh wait, you assigned me to the back of the class, I'm think assigned seats are so wack

Jordan Davis sits there, Jacob Hayman sits there, and Seamus Kirkpatrick

Sometimes they come into class after puff puff passing, I can smell it on their jackets and it's a distraction

But still, I'll listen to your spiel on the thermocline, and the halocline and the pycnocline

And I start falling behind, when you fail to interest me... make things more interesting!

I especially hate when I'm ignored

Listen, there's a gift in each one of your students you don't care to explore

So when you fail to reach out to me, this is a class I won't be looking towards

Good Afternoon Ms. Kennedy,

My least favorite teacher because you're so condescending

Do you realize the things that you're mentioning, some people might find offensive.

Remember that time you said, "It's okay to be rascist."

I think that expression of yours had no place in our U.S Government conversation.

I get it, history has a history of being both sexist and rascist.

But let's be progressive; you're class has the potential to change the minds of future generations.

Also, it's not okay to form cliques with teachers and make fun of students.

How can I respect you when you have tendencies to be so foolish.

Listen here teacers,

I'm here to learn whether you appreciate it or not

I'm here to be engaged

I want you to feel the same

Allow me some creative expression,

understand that we are all different,

Cater to me

That's ultimately what all students need.
