Time to take the nice china out.
Oh so nicely placed on the table; don't want to break the nice little purring cats.
Sifting through the thousand bags. She said this is a culture, but I say this is annoyance.
Refilling the honey bear from the gallon, I think: wow, this better be great.
Just the right amount of Rice Drink (has to be the substitute). Just the acute sprinkle of sugar.The burned underside of the kettle singes the kitchen table.The cups are going to spill. The rags are too dirty to even clean the puddle.
Okay.
Sis' gets the sugar. Dad doesn't want any and mom is on the diet.
I got this.
Two at a time, carry them to the living room. The hot cups will splatter the stair. A balancing act, the fifteen feet is a chasm; tight rope walk across the Grand Canyon like that guy on the news.
Finally I made it- all nice and particular and I try to take a sip:
It's too hot to drink.
