Mama

Mama mama, can't you see

what your support has done to me?

Open eyes to realize

no good were all my lies.

Daddy 1 up and left

Daddy 2 alcohol was set

Daddy 3 can't say "I love you"

You were my dad, that much is true.

You never left or gave up

even when times got pretty tough.

Truth is you're my life,

should've never turned to a knife

should've never troubled school

should've never tried being cool.

No matter what I did

you managed to contradict .

Words of  wisdom flowed like music

especially in hospitals when I was sick.

Mama mama, you mean so much to me

Mama mama, you I wanna be.
