Mama and I

How about a princess mama?

That will be way too much drama

How about a rock star?

I hope you won’t be wearing a scar..

How about a lawyer?

But who then would be your employer?

Oh mom you won’t ever be happy with me, you won’t ever agree

When I grow up, just wait and see, you’ll never be as happy as me

Hi mama I’m sorry for what I said, you’re the only one who tucked me in bed

And now you lie there dead, sitting there in your lonely hospital bed
