To the man.


Dear man,

The waves hit the rocks.

Like he hits her. 

Endlessly, mercilessly. 

With all of his bastard might.

The waves covered the rocks with their salty spray.

Like blood covered her lip with surfaced flesh.

The boom of the waves hitting the rocks.

Mimicked the boom of her lifeless head.

Hitting the floor.
