The Man In Black
Haven’t slept.
Can’t understand why.
Perhaps there is something watching me.
Perhaps I am about to die.
I’ve seen him now and then
Walking to and fro about the halls.
Watched him looking at me.
Watched him laughing in glee.
And I find myself alone in the dark
Scrambling to find the light.
Is it him? Is he there?
Or will he crush me with his might?
For I do not know who he is,
The mysterious man breathing on my back.
I guess I’ll never really know for sure
Who is the man in black?
